Create a Trello Board

Sharing Your Trello Board

1. Inviting People to Join Your Trello Board

This method is ideal when you want to collaborate with specific people, or when you have a select group that needs access to the board. Here is how you do it:

2. Sharing a Public Link to Your Trello Board

If you want anyone with the link to view the board, sharing a public link is the way to go. Do note that anyone with the link can see the board, but they will not be able to make changes unless you invite them to the board. Here are the simple steps:

  1. Go to your Trello board.
  2. Click on “Show Menu”, then “More”.
  3. Click on “Settings”, and then “Change Visibility”.
  4. Select “Public” (note that you need to be an admin of the board to change visibility).
  5. Once you have done this, you can copy the URL from your browser and share that link with anyone you want.
