Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how to delete a card on Trello.

  1. Open your Trello board and locate the card you wish to delete.
  2. Click on the card to open it.
  3. Once the card is open, look for the “Actions” panel on the right side of the card.
  4. Under the “Actions” panel, click on “More”.
  5. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on “Archive”.
  6. After clicking “Archive”, the card will be moved to the board’s archive. You can consider this as a halfway step before the final deletion.
  7. To delete the card permanently, you need to go to the “Archived Items” section of the board. You can reach this by clicking on “Show Menu” at the top right of your board, then “More”, and finally on “Archived Items”.
  8. In the “Archived Items” section, you will see a list of your archived cards. Find the one you want to delete and click on it to open it.
