Canva is a user-friendly graphic design platform that offers powerful tools for creating impressive designs without the need for advanced design skills. One of its collaborative features is the ability for users to leave comments on designs, making team collaboration more efficient. This blog post provides a step-by-step guide on how to access comments within Canva.
Accessing Comments in Canva
Your team members can leave comments on your Canva design by clicking on the comment button on the toolbar. To view those comments, you will simply need to follow these steps:
- Log in to your Canva account and open the design you want to check.
- Click on the ‘Comments’ button located in the top-right corner of the page, next to the ‘Share’ button.
- Once you click on the ‘Comments’ button, a sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen displaying all the comments on the design.
Interacting with Comments
Canva not only allows you to view comments, but it also allows you to interact with them. You can reply, resolve, or even like the comment.
- To reply to a comment, hover over the comment you want to reply to and click on the ‘Reply’ button.
- After typing your reply, hit ‘Enter’ to post it.
- If the issue addressed in the comment has been resolved, you can click on the ‘Resolve’ button to remove the comment from the active comment list.
- If you want to like a comment, simply click on the ‘Like’ button.
Comments Notifications
Canva also provides notifications for new comments. This feature helps to keep you updated on the feedback or revisions that your design might need. The ‘Bell’ icon at the top of the page will show a red dot when there are new comments on your design.
Understanding how to view and interact with comments in Canva enhances your collaborative design process. This makes Canva not only a great design tool but also an effective platform for team collaboration.
Happy designing!
